Shipping, Shipping Rates and Returns

All products sold on this site are delivered directly from the manufacturer to you. By cutting out the middle men I pass on the savings to you, the customer. All products are delivered from warehouses either in:

• Reedsville, Pennsylvania, or

• New York City, New York, or

• City of Industry, California, or

• Los Angeles, California,

Hence the need for different shipping methods and rates for each warehouse. Each warehouse is associated with a different manufacturer.

Shipping method to be used is clearly specified on each product page.

The default shipping method is for the carrier UPS and service Ground for Armarkat Cat Trees. shipped from the warehouse in New York.

You would have to choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout time if the product purchased is not of the above.

There is no option to use a different carrier/shipping method from that specified on the product pages. Choosing the wrong carrier/shipping method would result in you being charged:

• The incorrect shipping charge, or

• Not shipping charges at all.

This would result in the delay in processing of your order, till we call for and receive the balance/full shipping charges, or the cancellation of the order and a reversal of the debit made on the credit card used.

Please note that to have the lowest prices on the internet I have to work on a very low profit margin, and will not be able to sustain any shortfalls in shipping and handling charges.

You can ONLY purchase multiple items of the same category of product on the same order.

Multiple items covering different categories would have to be made on separate orders, for example:

• Cat beds and Cat furniture cannot be purchased on the same order

• Anima cat beds and CatNap cat beds cannot be purchased on the same order

• Armarkat Cat Trees cannot be purchased along with any other cat furniture on the same order.

UPS - Ground - Residential

This is the default shipping method and is Currently used for Armarkat cat trees with rates based on the conditions and table below:

The shipping cost of each product has been worked out for destinations in the various zones as detailed in the table below. A similar table appears on the details sheet of each Armarkat product making it possible for the customer to know what the shipping costs would be

The rates appearing at the top of the table shown below are for all products that weigh up to 25 lbs. The rates that appear on each product details page would be for the shipping weight of that respective product.

Returns

We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit.

Original packaging and documentation required. The refund would be for the product price only and not for the shipping and handling charges component of the order.

In most cases of a refund where we as the vendor are not the reason that brought about the refund a restocking fee of 15% of the product price would be charged. This restocking fee would not be charged if the refund is a consequence of our actions or inactions in any form or matter.

If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.

Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
