4 STEP MIDI PET STAIRS

Your pet's quality of life is very important. As they become infirm or weak with age or arthritis, these quality pet stairs will help them get up on the bed or couch for the comfort they have always known and enjoyed. These stairs will keep their favourite places always within reach.

The Wide (midi) pet stairs are the same design as the Mini except for the width. The steps have a width of 14" and are intended for small dogs and cats. The Wide (Midi) Stairs can support somewhat larger dogs than the Mini Steps. If you believe the Mini Steps are too narrow, these products are ideal. Overall width of this product is 16". The step is 5" tall and 5" deep.

We do not want you to be dissatisfied with the product because it does not fit in to the place that you have chosen for it.

Returning the product for this reason is a loss to both of us.

• Many returns are made because the time was not taken to measure the area where the steps were intended to be placed. CAREFULLY MEASURE THAT AREA, and compare it with the dimensions of the product advertised on this page.
  

• Dogs with a longer body will need a bigger step than shorter dogs of the same weight.
  

• The width of the actual step is approximately 2 inches less than the overall width.
  

• Color shades may vary and are not guaranteed to match what is see on the monitor of your computer.

RETURN POLICY:

• If the need to return a product arises:

1. It should be made within 30 days of original shipment date.

2. You must FIRST inform us, by email of your intention to return and the reason why. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

3. The product should be unused and in a NEW condition.

4. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

5. Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will incur a 30% restocking fee.

6. Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50% restocking charge.

7. Shipping fees are not refundable.

8. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is because the product is defective

9. Steps that are customized with a back will incur a 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to models that have a closed back as its standard fitting.

Please remember to put the RMA number on the outside of the package.
